"What about Second Breakfast" has been a staple of a quote in my family my whole life. My dad loves the Hobbit and the Lord of The Rings, and he is the breakfast man. He makes THE best pancakes, waffles and omelets - and he's always looking for seconds. For Christmas I wanted to make him something that says "What about second breakfast?" and when I couldn't find one that I liked, I decided to make one myself.
