Refund Policy

Time Frame for Refund

Our policy allows for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please note that sales items are not eligible for refunds.

When submitting a return request please provide the following information:

  • image of the item being returned (particularly if there is a defect)

  • order number

  • the resolution you would like (repaired and sent back to you; repaired and sent back to the person it was gifted to; refunded; exchanged)

Refund Policy Based on Product 

Candles - candles cannot be returned if the wick has been burned; if you have burned the candle all the way and would like it refilled, please contact me and I will be happy to work that out with. 

Clothing and Apparel and Bags - Clothing that has been worn is not returnable unless there is a defect to the item; In the case of a defect please let me know if would like the item to be fixed and returned (Please note that I do not keep excess of each yarn used for an item on hand, meaning in most cases repairs will need to be done creatively - I will work on the method with you prior to shipping it back to me so that the repair suites yours tastes)

Keychains - Keychains must be unused and undamaged. If the damage is something you would like fixed and returned, please let me know and I will work that out with you.

Beaded Items - Beaded Items must be unused and undamaged. If the damage is something you would like fixed and returned, please collect any beads that may have come off and place them in a ziplocked bag inside the returning package and let me know and I will work that out with you.
